Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Allround Marketeer with a passion for brand revitalization and customer engagement. In this role, you will co-develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies focused on brand positioning, establishing various marketing channels, and driving new business through product marketing and partnerships.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in re-establishing Shapeways as a leader in the digital manufacturing space.
You will be working on- Brand Build-Out: Lead initiatives to develop the Shapeways brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new customers and re-engage former clients.
- Content Creation: Drive the creation of compelling content that effectively communicates our brand story and value proposition.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
- Website Management: Manage and enhance the Shapeways website to ensure it delivers an exceptional user experience, while supporting marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in marketing roles, with a proven track record in brand management and customer engagement strategies.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Attributes: Creative, results-oriented, and adaptable, with a passion for innovation and brand storytelling.
- Software: Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, and Mailchimp.
