The Work
As a (senior) consultant at Accenture Technology, you will work side-by-side with colleagues to support Financial Services organizations in the banking industry in becoming ‘high-performance’ organizations. This always includes a technology component and often it means that you’re working with new technologies such as Cloud, Data, and AI.Working at Accenture means that you will see many leading organizations in a short time and every project is a new challenge.
- People - Will work in international and multidisciplinary project teams, together with the clients to bring the best of Accenture to our client and align Technology with the strategy and goals of our clients.
- Processes - You will be involved in gathering requirements, design and/or implement technology best practices and supporting business and challenge existing ways of working and implement improvements where necessary with a focus on the delivery of large and complex (IT)projects.
- Technology - You will work with different delivery techniques such as agile, scrum, SAFe and DevOps.
- Data - You will have roles in programs and in project delivery which aim to improve data, but you will also use data in order improve current processes and IT architectures.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
