We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in Benelux region.

Job Purpose:

Provide inputs to regional procurement strategy and implements strategy at sub-regional level. Leads sub-regional procurement organization, identify and recommend ´best in class´ suppliers and maintain good relationships.

Your tasks:

• Integrate Procurement services at sub-regional level for the business colleagues (divisions) are in scope
• Achieving greatest value contribution, benefit realization and efficiency from all procurement activities and ensuring fulfillment of joint goals with internal business partner by meeting their demands in terms of quality, price and service
• Specialize in strategic sourcing of goods and services and transportation capacities in order to reduce costs and ensure quality and supply as needed by the business / function in scope
• Provide professional sourcing support for key business initiatives, supply market research / intelligence to support business decisions in investments and budgets and establishment of sub-regional frame contracts. Identification of strategic sourcing opportunities and development and management of strategic suppliers is key
• Lead and manage or oversee the Procurement function, manage the budget and financial aspects for Procurement function at sub-regional level
• Develop strategy for Procurement function at sub-regional level
• Obtain products & services required by the organization e.g. Office Supplies, Computers, Products for retail, etc.
• Cover various procurement processes including: products & service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing/terms negotiation, order processing, contract administration, supplier performance management, and strategic sourcing
• Develop partnerships with trad. sppliers and startups
• Oversee fulfillment of sustainability KPIs for sub-region

Your profile:

• More than 8 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related role
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract administration, and strategic sourcing
• Experience in developing partnerships with suppliers and startups
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
• Fluent English
