Our client is an international operating and award-winning architectural studio. Our client was founded in 1988 in Amsterdam and has since then expanded with six offices around the world. Our client is a creative and high paced workplace where your input is highly appreciated.

Currently around 400 people work for our client globally.

The atmosphere in our Amsterdam office is informal, international, multidisciplinary, highly ambitious and very dynamic, but also friendly with a focus on personal and professional development. The average age of our employees is 35 years, and our employee base is made up of about 60 different nationalities.

Almost all employees have an academic background. The Amsterdam office is located in the Pijp in Amsterdam.

Functie

HR Business Partnership
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of topics, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, team development, and fostering positive team dynamics to enhance studio performance.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of studio structures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to improve processes and employee satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR projects and policies, ensuring they align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies on a global level.
  • Oversee the design and communication of employee benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure compensation and benefits remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Lead HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure all HR projects comply with relevant labor laws and regulations, and identify potential risks associated with HR initiatives.

Profiel

Key Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in global c&b topics.
  • Strong personality, high self-awareness with advanced communication and advisory skills.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR Information systems and compensation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • You skilled in Excel and like to work with numbers.
  • Excellent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch labor law is a must.
  • Available for 32-40 hours per week.

The team

You will be part of our HR team consisting of two HR Business Partners (both with an expert area as well), HR Officer, HR Employee, Recruitment Manager, Recruiter and HR Director Global. The team strives towards further professionalization of our HR department.
