Advanced Coordinator, Logistics Operations - Amsterdam

Overview:

This role is responsible for FG inventory accuracy and adjustments and maintaining relationship with the 3rd party warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• - Inventory Management: execute (3rd party) and manage (CE/Company) SAP postings in daily operations
• Manage booking and handling of returns and damages
• Investigate inventory discrepancy and execute reconciliation
• Managing aged material handling
• Book-to-book reconciliation
• Provide details to support external and internal audits
• Recommend process improvement including investigation of internal and external quality failures and the development of preventive and corrective actions for quality failures
• Complaint handling, QN investigation
• Inventory Control - Coordinate and prepare third party warehouses for yearly inventories and cycle counts; Execute inventory reconciliations and investigation

Qualifications:

• - German: professional knowledge, written and spoken
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain and / or bachelor degree in Supply Chain.
• Good knowledge of standard MS office applications
• Experience with ERP system, preferably SAP is a strong asset
• Good communication skills and networker
