About the Job
You will be part of the Global SN 3rd Parties S&OP team, which works with the Central planning management and implementation of finished goods from our 3rd Parties Manufacturers. The main challenges of the team are to ensure the consistency of the planning on a mid/long-term horizon, and support the collaboration between external factories and internal Danone Sales Units.By joining the Third Party Operations team, you will find a high team spirit and a lot of resilience; they like to work hard to deliver great results but always with team effort & a great, international atmosphere!
You will support the external factories and the Sales Units, ensuring the good operation flow and propose improvements of the processes.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Coordinate artwork process from start to completion with the relevant stakeholders.
- Build and track phase-in phase-out scenarios for project launches.
- Maintain tools for optimal cross-functional alignment.
- Communicate with sales unit to ensure master data is correct in the system.
What you will learn during your internship:
- Develop organizational awareness of Danone + build network.
- Work with knowledgeable and experienced people from different cultures.
- Learn about types of projects, key stages and actions.
- Widen your experience by covering an extended part of the supply chain and interfaces within key strategic functions.
- Learn how your work directly impacts business.
You are a Master’s student in Supply Chain, Economics, Management, Operations, Business. You have good communication and analytical skills and an eye for detail. Additionally, you have strong skills in Excel, PowerBI is a nice to have.
There are also some compulsory requirements:
- Enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
- Ideally available to start in December 2024/January 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
- You are fluent in English - oral and written;
- You are able to work from Zoetermeer office 1-2 times per week.
- Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

This is a great opportunity to learn about the supply chain world and project management in particular, you will be guided by a very supportive team; you will learn from other functions as well by closely working with them in projects.
We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
- Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
