Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking (Associate) Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our company-wide recruitment strategy. In this key leadership role, you will oversee talent acquisition efforts across all business domains and all EU locations, including our logistics centers, corporate, commercial and tech functions.
Your expertise in building recruitment processes and managing a distributed team will help us attract top talent and drive the success of our ambitious goals.
Qualifications
About your tasks:
- Talent Acquisition Leadership: Oversee and manage the full scope of Redcare’s recruitment efforts across all business domains, from logistics and pharma to corporate and IT; across all EU locations. Key focus will be on Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Italy and Czech Republic.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a distributed team of 15+ team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.
- Reporting & Transparency: Provide structured and transparent reporting on recruitment efforts, regularly updating both senior management and the Hr team, on progress and insights. Develop and monitor key KPIs for your team.
- Stakeholder management and cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders across all locations and streamline the business objectives towards your team. Work with other HR leaders across all EU locations (Payroll, HR Services, Workday, Learning & Development, and HR Business Partners) to enhance overall HR performance and effectiveness.
- Process Improvement: Audit, review, and continuously improve business process and recruitment processes to drive operational excellence across the organization. Workday and Smartrecruiters are the key tools in which you will design and execute the processes.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, ensuring alignment with Redcare’s budgeting objectives and standards.
- Innovation & Tools: Explore and implement new tools, technologies, and recruitment models that will enhance talent acquisition across various business sectors and EU locations.
About You:
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition efforts across multiple domains (e.g., logistics, pharma, corporate).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing, distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills with the ability to present insights to senior management.
- Expertise in process improvement and the use of recruitment tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in German and strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work from our Cologne or Sevenum location at least three days per week and travel as needed to other locations.
