Role Overview

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of Datamaran’s digital marketing efforts to drive lead generation, MQLs, and sales opportunities. This role is critical to delivering our digital marketing strategy and ensuring alignment with our content strategy to engage our ideal customer profiles (ICPs).

You will oversee performance marketing, including paid social, paid search, and website management and performance, while also helping inform the content calendar to ensure a cohesive, data-driven approach to demand generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Define and implement a digital marketing roadmap that supports business objectives, drives lead generation, and nurtures ICP prospects through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital campaigns with the content strategy and overall demand generation objectives of driving more qualified leads, MQLs, SALs, and Marketing sourced opportunities.
  • Performance Marketing & Paid Media:
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across paid search (e.g., Google Ads) and paid social (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics, continuously iterating for improved performance.
  • Website Management & Optimization:
  • Oversee website performance and user experience (UX), including SEO, CRO, and web analytics.
  • Ensure the website is optimized for lead generation and aligned with the broader content and digital strategy.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track digital marketing performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to influence content strategy and paid campaign improvements.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the content team to inform the content calendar based on campaign performance and ICP needs.
  • Partner with sales and demand generation teams to ensure marketing efforts align with pipeline objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with content strategy and how it integrates with digital channels to drive demand.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and retargeting campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales cycles and ICPs in enterprise-level environments.
