Wat je gaat doen

As a Packaging Operator at Perfetti van Melle, you will ensure a smooth packaging process of Mentos candy so that products reach customers worldwide in perfect condition. Experience with machinery and attention to detail are essential for this position.

• Oversee the packaging process and independently resolve minor technical issues; for more complex problems, you will coordinate with the technical team.
• Work closely with fellow operators to maintain an efficient and streamlined production process.
• Ensure the production line is continuously supplied with the necessary materials to prevent downtime.
• Conduct quality checks, report deviations, and suggest improvements to maintain high product standards.
• Be part of a team-oriented environment where collaboration and a positive work atmosphere are key.

• Salary between €3,200 and €3,500 per month
• Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position
• Full-time role (37–40 hours per week)

• Experience in a similar role as a packaging operator, with the ability to operate and maintain machinery effectively.
• Interest in the food industry, with an understanding of quality and safety regulations.
• Availability to work in a three-shift system.
