JobCustomer Solution Engineering

This position is part of Marlink Maritime's global Customer Solution Engineering (CSE) team, comprised of 13 highly skilled engineers. The Maritime CSE team plays an important role in mastering Marlink’s products and technical offerings, using this expertise to design innovative technical solutions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
As part of the team, you will be involved in the following tasks: Work-tasks- Design high-level solutions that align with customer requirements and business goals.
- Provide technical consulting to customers, driving the technical solution design.
- Initiate and plan customer specific proof of concept to validate unique customer solution designs.
- Bachelor's (BSc) or Master's (MSc) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent education or long relevant hands-on experience will also be considered.
Experience in some of the following areas is required:
- Knowledge of data network solutions, LAN/WAN, IP-Routing solutions.
- Good understanding of wireless communications.
- Familiarity with Cyber Security solutions is a plus.
- Good communication and customer interaction skills.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations and conduct
- Knowledge in arranging technical customer specific solution Proof of Concepts.
