Sales and Marketing Assistant (German/Dutch Speaking)

As part of our growth strategy, we are excited to announce the opening of a new facility in Amsterdam, expanding our reach to customers in Europe.

About the Role

You will also be a first point of contact for both our business and retail clients, helping people all over the world regain their confidence!

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support the marketing and sales team
• Answer client questions with in-depth knowledge of our products and services
• Navigate multiple applications to find information and solutions
• Assist in website content improvement
• Collaborate with the global marketing team members to create reels/Tik Tok/Youtube Videos
• Manage social media communities
• Track performance, analyze, and report on campaign analytics, conversions, and results to inform future strategies and plans.

Qualifications:

• You are educated to a Bachelor’s degree level or with relevant industry-related qualification with one to two years’ experience
• Working proficiency in English and German/Dutch – oral/written/comprehension
• Prior experience in client-facing roles, sales, or retail environments
• Experience performing inside sales and making outbound phone calls is an asset, but not required
• Enthusiasm and curiosity for learning new skills and technologies
• Exceptional communication & active listening skills
• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of social media (Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, Facebook)
• Thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a highly results-driven environment

Ability to commute/relocate:

• 1112 AJ Diemen: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Language:

• Dutch and/or German at a professional level (Required)
