What are you going to do?
As a Senior Specialist in Retail Asset Management, you will oversee lease execution, portfolio optimization, and financial obligations. You will manage landlord relations, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, timely payments, and lease administration efficiency.Your role will drive cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and strategic asset management planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lease obligations, including critical dates, payments, and compliance.
- Oversee landlord and vendor correspondence, ensuring smooth operations.
- Track and report on financials, lease performance, and optimization opportunities.
- Execute asset management plans and identify cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure timely processing of lease documents and approvals.
- Support strategic planning with a 3-year outlook on portfolio optimization.
- Drive process improvements and issue resolution.

- A hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
