Overview:

This role facilitates PepsiCo receiving best in class media and connections executions in Belgium & Netherlands for all our brands while working with both our marketeers and agencies. This role works together with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders on the flawless execution of media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign execution support for all Pepsico Benelux brands, working closely with leading Media Activation managers
• Support always on media execution (Horizontal planning) in close collaboration with brand managers
• Ensure implementation of best practices, learnings and media guidelines across all brands
• Support execution of Media Test and Learn agenda and BU strategy for consumer engagement, personalization at scale and 1P data gathering
• Support influencer marketing campaigns by optimizing processes, guidelines and agency relationships
• Manage community managent for all Pepsico brands in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Intern and our community management agency
• Work as a bridge between digital marketing experts at our central service hub and our local brand marketing teams, supporting topics such as gamification, CRM, social media posting, approval process
• Work closely with media partners and lead projects to create added value for our campaigns (e.g. Snapchat lenses, TikTok content creators, Meta lead ads,…)

Qualifications:

• Passion for digital marketing
• Previous experience in digital marketing or media is preferred (2+ years of experience)
• Clear interest in influencer marketing
• Clear communication and (project) management skills
• Positive mindset and attitude
• Dutch speaker essential & fluent in work English
• Prior digital marketing experience
• Able to see the bigger picture and prioritise
• Team player
