Deliverability Manager
Deployteq also aims to increase customer loyalty and customer value for companies, organizations and institutions in an efficient and effective manner with its products and services.
Purpose of the position
Building an excellent reputation through the use of the Service Level Agreement (SLA), continuously improving deliverability using the most recent authentication techniques and active support to clients as well as partners of Deployteq with the aim of obtaining an active and high-quality client base.
Requirements
Areas of responsibility- Responsible, in consultation with the Product Director, for setting up and implementing a reputation management plan;
- Responsible for providing support;
- Responsible, in consultation with the Product Director, for the Deliverability Management for the purpose of building and maintaining a good reputation with internet service providers by monitoring reputation indicators (blacklisting, sender score...);
- Responsible for identifying bottlenecks and initializing improvements in said processes;
- Responsible for carrying out the range of tasks and/or activities as described in this job profile, in accordance with the systems, methodologies and working methods created for improved quality, minimizing risks and strengthening internal procedures (Quality Manual ISO 27001);
- Responsible for the appropriate and discrete handling of confidential business data (through access to databases), both of the clients and of Deployteq.
- Initiating and advising on possible improvements in the field of reputation management, both to clients and to the internal organization;
- Knowing, applying and advising, informing about the obligations arising from the Personal Data Protection Act as well as securing confidential client information;
- Answering questions and providing support to clients and colleagues in the areas of authentication, deliverability, reputation topics;
- Informing colleagues, management and clients in the event of a disruption;
- Implementing, monitoring and improving authentication techniques to increase deliverability, in accordance with the applicable guidelines and regulations, including the associated communication and support to clients;
- Setting up domain routing with the associated communication and
- Implementing and maintaining feedback loops with providers that offer this possibility;
- Ensuring and maintaining a good reputation with the internet service providers in order to prevent blacklisting;
- Maintaining and monitoring the reputation of individual IP addresses (or the various pools);
- Monitoring shipments and PowerMTA and initiating the necessary actions to prevent blacklisting for reputational damage;
- Preventing and adequately handling abuse or spam reports, blacklisting, etc., as much as possible;
- Deployteq and its clients have been coordinated and concluded;
- Ensuring that agreements with clients, agreed upon and recorded in an SLA, are complied with;
Social Interaction
Participates in various consultation structures both inside and possibly outside the organization with the aim of maintaining communication with others, informing, directing and influencing others. The various consultation moments support the realization of the desired results and the promotion of an optimal flow of information.

- consultation with the immediate supervisor;

- Ongoing daily consultations.
- HBO working and thinking level obtained through education and/or work experience;
- Good knowledge of Deployteq's products (on-the-job training);
