Lanner Europe is growing our sales and operations teams. We are seeking two sales or business development leaders to drive go to market activities for our newly formed European office.
Responsibilities: Establish and develop partnerships and alliances to drive platform based sales deals
Develop and manage key relationships with product planning, product management, and operations teams to develop and drive unique selling proposition
Partner with customers and channel partners to understand their business needs and objectives
Represent the company and present at industry events, tradeshows, road shows, webinars and networking opportunities, and press releases Conduct competitive intelligence and assessment by segment and category – build programs to retain leading edge product positioning
Drive market development tactics for new products and business opportunities
Support account management teams by acting in the capacity of subject matter expert in assigned verticals
Develop and implement sales playbook to maximize segment revenue
Update CRM, prepare and compose weekly and monthly progress reports
Qualifications: 5 years of business development experience in technology industry
Previous experience as a sales executive; sales manager or sales and marketing manager - meeting or exceeding targets Ability to connect, communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and c-level
Well organized thinker with proven ability to develop market segment plans and sales strategies
Proven ability to articulate distinct aspects of products and services (solutions), and develop competitive positioning
Executive presence, self-managed and motivated, with strong leadership skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
University/College degree or combination of education and related work experience
reporting:
This role reports to the Director of Sales, based in Den Haag, Netherlands. German, Polish and Mandarin are useful languages for these roles.
