Currently we are looking for a NSP (Nike Stores Partnered) Partner Manager. In this role, you will manage the strategic relationship with our Partners (Franchise) who run the monobrand inline Nike Stores. The department is in charge of leading the Nike Stores Partnered Channel within Nike Direct Organization and works in close collaboration with Retail design, Supply chain, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Planning functions and Brand.

We work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment which is a key growth area of the organization. There is never a dull moment!

The role is for 40 hours per week, looking for someone as soon as possible.

What does the role involve?

We’re looking for a NSP Partner Manager to develop and execute on the strategic plans of our Strategic Partner in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a modern retail strategy with our partners and bring to life new concepts and experiences in our Nike Stores Partnered.

You will have expertise in managing Franchise Partners in monobrand retail environments or strong account management background in managing strategic Multi Brand partners.

The role requires someone that can work comfortably across store Design, Supply chain, Legal, Finance, Real Estate, Brand and Planning functions, and communicate well with stakeholders in these areas.

You will have worked extensively in cross functional teams and be a natural influencer, strong negotiator, able to build strong relationships, work collaboratively and with a passion for creating future of retail.

You enjoy working in a fast paced and complex environment, with the desire to be at the center of a massive transformation in NIKE’s Partner Management Stores. You have passion for sports, are a true team player, open minded and have the ability to deal with ambiguity and bring complex ideas into simplicity, leading change and taking risks.

  • Proficient in Partner Retail Contracts and previous experience in leading contract negotiations, explaining retail requirements and ways of working
  • Experienced in creating retail incentive structures, trade terms that drive retail strategy & mutual profitability in Franchise and Alternative Partner Retail Models
  • Deep level of understanding and previous management experience in Retail KPIs, ability to implement quick commercial solutions based on assessment of KPIs, demonstrating a high reactivity in order to guarantee business growth and profitability of monoband stores
  • Knowledge of the retail Real Estate market to identify opportunities for the portfolio of stores, managing and constantly assessing the existing portfolio of stores and franchise partners through new store openings, store closings, relocations in order to improve the Productivity and Profitability of the Retail Business in the region
  • Proficient in retail finance, able to work on complex financial business case analysis ensuring Nike`s and Partner mutual profitability
  • Proven track record of building strategies that drive success with Retail partners, and bringing consistency and Retail best practices
  • Effective communication skills with ability to influence others
  • Excellent ability in Excel and PowerPoint
