As Senior Laboratory Service Coordinator you will be planning en scheduling maintenance and repair activities on laboratory instruments in cooperation with the instrument- and lab owners. You'll be responsible for the administration and documentation of all performed work in scope of CBRE and Johnson&Johnson

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Onsite Administrator
  • - Manages the incoming requests and queries in the general ELIS mailbox and acts as first contact for CBRE, Agilent, Lab teams and service teams.
  • - Plans preventive maintenance and calibrations to avoid overdue work orders
  • - Plans repair requests and cooperates with Labs, and vendors to ensure short downtimes.
  • - Where necessary creating work permits and hosting and training of external Vendors.
  • - Cooperates with external suppliers on improvements, updates etc. and communities these proactively with the equipment owners.
  • - Responsible for coordinating and follow-up of breakdowns and planned maintenance with equipment owners. SAP is used to register notifications and order completions.
  • - Records calibration results in SAP.
  • - Evaluates maintenance reports of solved breakdowns, reported in SAP, and shares conclusions with system owners and advises next steps where necessary. Evaluates equipment, technologies and systems taking costs, benefits and reliability into account.
  • - Review service reports + investigate technical defects/issues
  • - Acts as first contact person for CBRE, Agilent, Lab teams and Service teams.
  • - Contributes to a safe and healthy workplace in line with EHS&S procedures.
  • - Setting up the yearly overview of equipment for 3rd party contracts with their entitlements.

Magnitude & Complexity

The focus of the function is to ensure that the analytical equipment is fully operational meeting JBV quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The complexity lies also in the fact that job holder operates in a complex, multi-functional, and multi-site environment, where continuous improvement of the core quality systems is required.

Minimum Qualification

Minimum education required:

  • - MBO diploma in a technical area
  • - Experience in maintenance of analytical equipment
  • - Qualification for preventive and corrective maintenance, as required, for specialist equipment
  • - Customer support attitude with quality as a leading principle
  • - Knowledge of Quality Systems in a c GMP environment
  • - VCA-VOL certified

Minimum experience required:

  • - Pharmaceutical or related industry work experience for 4+ years of which a substantial part in the maintenance of analytical equipment
  • - Analytical, innovative, and pragmatic thinking
  • - Excellent communicational and advisory skills, result oriented

  • - Starting salary of €2.800-€4.000 a month (depending on knowledge and experience).

  • - Contract for 6 months with possibility of extension.
