Functie

As Senior Supply Chain Specialist & Demand Planner you report directly into the Supply Chain Manager. You are part of one of the most important divisions of this company, as a smooth operating Supply Chain ensures happy suppliers and clients. In this role you ensure that inventory, planning, and forecasting processes are optimized for your category. Naturally, working in a team of peers, sharing best practises is encouraged and a common trait of the supportive internal culture. Supply is, without a doubt, a critical department in their goal to deliver high end service to their customers and there is a constant aim to perform better both on a personal and company-wide level. For these reasons, this position will require accuracy, improvement thinking and a client-oriented way of approaching your work and teamwork.Key responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Manage and implement inventories policies and align them with forecasts from partners and 3rd parties
• Manage, monitor and review supply planning of products
• Purchase, set up and execute supply planning for campaigns
• Manage the demand planning for the products within your scope
• Oversee distribution and logistics processes from warehouses to clients
• Maintain master data in the Management System and the serialization system
• Participate in the management of data in the ERP system to be in line with manufacturing, logistics, procurement and customer requirements

• Bachelor Degree in relevant field
• 5+ year's experience in planning position, with proven track record
• Strong communicator, result driven, comfortable in fast paced environments
• Fluent in English, Dutch proficiency is a plus
• Living withing commuting distance of Amstelveen (hybrid working possible)
