Operations Manager
As Operations Manager you are the leader of the Operations team and part of a larger, global operations team. Your role is to lead, motivate, develop, and scale the EU Operations team in a proper and personable way. You are the main Operations contact person for our EU site.
On an average day, you'll...- lead: manage and develop the operations team utilizing flex resource planning including warehouse management, manufacturing, and customer support. You motivate and influence the team to ensure their growth and alignment with the company core values and strategy
- strategize: implement, align, and develop on a tactical daily basis as well as monthly and quarterly cadence
- learn: all tactical processes to support quality and continuous improvement
- monitor: all streams of operational flow to identify waste and improvement opportunities
- control: demonstrate a keen understanding of our key performance indicators and drive action within our mixed model pull manufacturing system
- apply: abide by ISO 9001:2015 requirements and incorporate LEAN principles on a daily basis
- drive: scale the operations team at pace of 30-50% growth
- collaborate: drive cross-functional strategy to support the global operations strategy

Our Operations team is responsible for building, testing, packaging, and shipping OnLogic technology around the world. Requirements- You speak and write Dutch and English at a full professional level.
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of leadership experience and a minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience.
- You have knowledge of and experience with ERP systems related to procurement, you understand capacity planning and scheduling.
- Affinity with computer hardware is a plus.

Benefits
The salary range for this role is € 5.000,- to € 7.000,- per month. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
