Functie

As Business Controller at Euro Pool System, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and driving business performance across the organization. You will work within the central Business Control team at headquarters and collaborate closely with regional controllers across Europe.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining reporting frameworks to support business steering
• Analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Creating dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key performance indicators
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process
• Evaluating business cases and investment proposals through detailed data analysis
• Partnering with commercial and operational teams to understand financial needs and challenges
• Participating in cross-functional improvement initiatives
• This is a highly visible role where your insights will directly influence strategic decisions and contribute to our long-term sustainability goals.

Profiel

You are an analytical and proactive finance professional who combines a sharp eye for detail with a strong understanding of the bigger picture. You enjoy working with data, improving reports, and building internal connections that help move the business forward.

You bring:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Economics, Finance & Control, Accountancy or Business Administration
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in finance, with a minimum of 2 years as a (business) controller
• Proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with Power BI
• A good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A curiosity for understanding business operations and a drive to contribute to improvement
