• have completed a relevant education, such as Business Administration, Computer Science or Business Informatics;
• have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role;
• have extensive experience working in a Scrum team;

• communicate clearly and to the point;
• have experience in digital environments, such as websites and customer portals;
• have sufficient technical affinity to discuss topics such as APIs, data integration and systems.

This is what you will do as an Agile Business Analyst at customer:

• you collect functional and technical information from various stakeholders, which you then validate and translate into user stories with concrete acceptance criteria;
• you work closely with the Product Owner, developers, designers, content specialists and web analysts to develop features and user stories;
• you act proactively as an advisor and sounding board for your stakeholders;
• in all of the above, you have a role in ensuring the quality of what we deliver.

You are responsible for mapping the wishes of the business and the requirements from a technical perspective. With your analytical view and decisive approach, you translate these into clear features and user stories, with which you help the team and the customer move forward.
