HR Data Analyst a.i.

Our clients is looking for a HR Data Analyst a.i. to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will focus on supporting the HR department with data insights and reporting.

• Work with HR data to create reports and dashboards.
• Use Power BI to visualize key HR metrics.
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Support data-related needs in relation to our SAP SuccessFactors system.
• Ensuring data accuracy and creating data cleansing rules.
• Developing, modifying, and implementing codes for data analysis.

Profiel

A successful HR Data Analyst a.i. should have:

• Analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Strong skills in SQL.
• Experience in working with HR data.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• A strong understanding of HR processes and data.
• Outstanding communication skills in to effectively present complex data in a clear manner.
• Able to communicate in Dutch (Mandatory).
