Our Talent Sourcers play a crucial role in finding top talent worldwide and persuading them to join Picnic. If you have excellent writing skills, thrive on identifying the right profiles, and know how to get candidates excited about the unique challenges at Picnic, we want to hear from you!Understanding the profiles we seek is key, as finding the right people is vital to our success. As a working student, you get the opportunity to join either our Business or Strategy & Analytics Recruitment teams, depending on your ambition and past experiences.
We are looking for someone who can support our team for 20 hours a week.
🎯 What you’ll do- You'll work closely with our recruiters and various internal teams to understand the specific requirements for open positions
- Using LinkedIn Search and other advanced search techniques, you'll actively search for potential candidates and approach them to explore opportunities at Picnic.
- You'll maintain and organize our candidate database, ensuring it is up-to-date and effectively utilized
- You'll develop strategies to build talent pipelines
- You'll bring fresh ideas and provide valuable input to enhance our talent pipeline processes and improve overall recruitment outcomes
- You are currently pursuing studies in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration or similar fields
- Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in active sourcing or recruiting
- You are ambitious and have cool ideas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch or German is a plus
- You are a team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
