Due to business expansion, CIRRO is offering an opportunity for the position of Warehouse Operator in ourwarehouse located in Amsterdam.
Tasks
Conduct manual sorting and scanning of parcels, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to meetoperational deadlines.
Oversee daily activities in the distribution center, ensuring efffficient and smooth execution of tasks.
Support on-site logistics operations by assisting in organizing transfer batches and optimizing workflow foroperational efffficiency.
Aid in identifyfying and resolving operational issues such as inventory discrepancies or shipment delays toreduce risks and costs.
Maintain effffective communication with colleagues and external contractors to ensure alignment withbusiness objectives and operational standards.
Requirements
Must have a valid work and residence permit in the Netherlands.- 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics or distributioncenter environment. (Candidates with no prior experience but a strong willingness to learn are welcome toapply)
Proficiency in Chinese and English is essential; familiarity with Dutch is preferred.
Excellent communication skillsto establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work onsite 5 days a week.
