Senior HR Coordinator (Netherlands & Belgium)

• Provide administrative and payroll support for
• the entire HR lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers)
• Process and manage payroll for both Netherlands and Belgium, including expat payroll
• Oversee compensation & benefits administration (insurance, pensions, etc.)
• Analyze compensation data and contribute to process enhancements
• Partner with HR Advisors to ensure compliance with local legislation (NL & BE)

• Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong administrative, organizational, and payroll skills
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS preferred)
• Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and lead by example
