Your tasks

We are looking for a Junior Data Platform Engineer for our Data Platform team. The team’s responsibilities include:

Deployment and maintenance of data-related open-source tools (e.g. Airflow, Data Hub)
Development, deployment, and maintenance of in-house data solutions written in Python
Maintaining and developing infrastructure related to data: e.g. cloud storage solutions, data access policies, and all the infrastructure needed to support the applications in the previous point
Direct monitoring and maintenance of several data-related services

Your profile

Experience with managing and maintaining corporate-level cloud platform environments
Experience in the management of cloud storage solutions
Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2
Delta Lake
High-quality software development mindset
Programming/scripting languages
Python
SQL/dbt
Terraform
Software
Airflow
Databricks
Spark is a plus
Argo (Events, CD, Workflow) is a plus
Knowledge and interest in Azure, Azure Dev Ops, Kubernetes and Helm knowledge is a plus
The salary range is approximately €3,400 to €4,500 per month.
