Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via various communication channels.
- Resolve customers' inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service performance targets.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
- Help develop and refine customer support processes to enhance the customer experience.
- Fluent in Dutch (native level) and proficient in English.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM applications).
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture.
