Who you are
As a customer service employee, you are easy in communication and have previous experience in a similar role! You have a good command of the English language, any additional language is welcome. What will you do
As a customer service employee, you will have a wide range of tasks and many responsibilities.After your day has started with a cup of coffee with your colleagues, you will get to work on the daily routine. For example, you are responsible for receiving and processing the orders that come in. You discuss special requests and exceptions internally with your colleagues and team leader.
