Warehouse Operation Teamleader

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Team Leader to join our warehouse team. If you have a passion for logistics, team leadership, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, this is the role for you! As an OPS Team Leader, you will take responsibility for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of our warehouse, working closely with your team to ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality service.

Main responsibilities and duties include:

• Independently manage daily warehouse operations with minimal supervision.
• Plan the warehouse layout and expansion in line with business trends.
• Ensure compliance with shipping and receiving processes for both domestic and international customers.
• Oversee daily shipping carrier deliveries and pickups, ensuring goods are loaded and unloaded safely and efficiently, while ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Continuously monitor and update stock locations and labeling, ensuring proper storage of goods.
• Develop, manage, coach, and evaluate a team of professionals.

• Salary ; €3200 - €3650 gross per month for a full time position (based on experience)
