What you will do:
- Collaborating with the Demand Gen Director to develop and execute growth marketing and ABM campaigns across various digital channels including SEM, Email, Social, and Paid Media.
- Launching and optimising paid media initiatives to acquire new leads and generate pipeline at a sustainable CPA.
- Managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Search to maximise ROAS.
- Managing our demand gen campaigns across Linked In ads, Meta and Capterra.
- Working closely with regional marketers and the Head of Partner Marketing to support campaign execution and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Partnering with sales to understand our ICP and running highly targeted ABM campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
- Work with Hubspot to launch high-converting email campaigns, manage audience segmentation, and conduct campaign analysis for continuous optimisation.
- Leading efforts in implementing conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies across our website hosted on Hub Spot and landing pages hosted on Wordpress.
What you will need:
- Proven hands-on experience in growth/digital marketing with a track record of success in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Deep expertise in using paid media channels such as paid search and social media (particularly Linked In Ads) to drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth.
- Excellent written communication skills in Dutch to optimise ad copy to drive greater conversions.
- The ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution across email, paid media (social, search & display), organic search & social, delivering tangible results in terms of pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing, with a passion for testing and optimising campaigns to improve conversion rates (CVR) and cost per acquisition (CPA) metrics.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to take initiative, embrace challenges, and continuously learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry.
