We’re looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our team in Poeldijk, Netherlands

As we navigate an exciting period of transformation, you’ll play a key role in leading change from a people perspective, ensuring we build an engaged, high-performing workforce.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll provide expert guidance across all areas of People & Culture, from organisational development and talent strategy to employee relations and operational excellence. You’ll have the opportunity to influence, implement best practices, and drive cultural and structural changes that support business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as a trusted partner to leaders, providing strategic people insights and driving organisational effectiveness.
• Provide expert employee relations guidance, ensuring a proactive approach to managing cases, policies, and compliance in line with Dutch employment law.
• Shape and deliver a talent and workforce strategy, aligning hiring, development, and retention plans with business goals.
• Partner with managers to drive employee engagement, performance, and leadership capability, ensuring a high-performance culture.
• Champion and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives that align with both local employment law and global People & Culture priorities.
• Oversee People & Culture operations to ensure efficiency and compliance, while continuously identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a HR Business Partner or Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment laws and regulations, and HR best practices.
• Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge, coach, and support senior leaders.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.

• Strong knowledge of EU employment laws and regulations
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or similar industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proficiency in a European language such as French, German, or Spanish.
