What are you going to do?

Here is what you can expect:

• Loading, sorting, mixing, and preparing raw materials
• Packing and repacking products
• Performing quality checks by taking and baking samples
• You end your workday feeling satisfied because, thanks to your efforts, a beautiful product that meets all quality standards has been made!
• As a production worker, you can advance to a line operator through a 6-month training program.

What do we offer?

• At McCain Appetizers in Kruiningen, you can immediately count on:
• A starting salary of €14.79 (including ATV allowance, excluding other allowances)
• 18:00 to 24:00
• 33% shift allowance and 00:00 to 06:00
• 35% shift allowance
• 25 vacation days + 8.33% holiday pay
• 3% year-end bonus (after 2 months of work)

Where will you work?

Your workday starts with a cup of coffee, catching up with colleagues, and then getting to work. As a production worker, you are versatile and each workday is different. The goal of your role is to contribute to the creation or processing of a vegetarian snack product (onion rings), according to clear work instructions and/or customer specifications

McCain Kruiningen (formerly Scelta) makes onion rings. To ensure that the process from onion to onion ring runs as smoothly as possible, we are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic production employees.

What do we ask?

If you have experience as a production worker, that is a bonus. But if you have no experience yet but would like to learn, we are also looking for you!
