What We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch second-level support for desktop systems, printers, and operating systems.
- Guide users through hardware and software queries with expertise and patience.
- Collaborate seamlessly with IT Services, Data Center, and Network Infrastructure teams.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade client equipment and infrastructure.
- Conduct proactive diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues swiftly.
- Support both Windows and OS-X platforms, ensuring smooth operation across devices.
- Utilize remote support technologies like Microsoft Remote Desktop and Apple Remote Desktop to assist users.
- Perform virus and spyware removal using specialized tools.
- Investigate and resolve technical problems, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when necessary.
- Manage service tickets, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLA agreements.
- Document, track, and monitor issues to enhance our service quality.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and OS-X platforms.
- Strong background with remote support tools.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office for both Windows and Mac.
- Expertise in virus and spyware removal techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
