Business Analyst
In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your tasks:
- Conduct the stakeholders/business analysis, requirements analysis, and support the design and testing phases to ensure that the technical solutions comply with the defined requirements;
- Follow up and keep up to date different product backlogs, and other Business Analysis deliverables (Use Cases, User Stories, Impact Assessment Document, etc.);
- Identify the organisation's business needs, workflows, and processes, and prepare AS IS and TO BE documents;
- Participate in the market research/solutions assessment to identify suitable tools to meet the business and technical needs;
- Support the business users in the testing phase (e.g. support the UAT testing) and the smooth adoption of the new systems by contributing (writing/reviewing) manuals and user guides for the end users;
- Assist with the project activities providing clarifications, acting as liaison between the business users/key stakeholders like Project Officers and technical experts.
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as Business Analyst;
- Experience with ICT projects and concurrent projects;
- Experience in market research for selection of COTs products;
- Experience working with different methodologies (Agile, Iterations, Waterfall, etc.) will be considered an asset;
- Experience in projects with interoperability with other systems will be considered an asset;
- Knowledge of Security and Personal data management will be considered an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
