Asset Sales Support Officer
As an Asset Sales Support Officer, you will support the Asset Sales Specialists in executing the sale activities of assets and the End of Lease process. You will become a part of the Benelux Asset Sales Team, a small and dynamic team of young members involved in the sale activities of assets that come back to DLL after reaching end of lease of the rental contract or in default situations, in which the contract with the customer is terminated and the financed asset needs to be sold.
What makes this job interesting is the fact that we work with all the different asset classes, from Construction and Agricultural equipment to Medical or Technology solutions. We align our strategies in close contact with the Sales and C&R (Risk) teams.Also, you can build your network in your role as key contact for several ITAD partners across Europe.

Day to day:
- Execute appropriate documentation, invoicing and administration.
- Building periodic reports.
- Produce End-of-Lease instruction letters for end-customers.
- Administrate contract buy-outs in our systems.
- Align with our ITAD partners on current requests.
- Execute asset sales to the Vendor in case of specific program arrangements.
- Organize logistics for the repossession or delivery of remarketed assets.
- Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity.

Essentials:
- Strong administrative support skills
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Great verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch as English.
- Quality driven and results oriented.
- This role is for 32 hours per week.
