Functie

Services Orders:

• Quoting: create quotations for field service and depot repair activities and follow up with customers on outstanding quotations.
• Order booking: booking of replacement orders, depot repair and field service orders.
• Close service orders: closure and invoicing of completed field and depot repair service orders and follow up on aged service orders.
• Keeping customers informed about any open service request.

Service Contracts:

• Contract booking for purchased service contracts.
• Contract renewals: pro-actively monitor expiring contracts, quote renewals and follow-up with customers.

Complaint logging:

• Logging service notifications & product complaints in our complaints management system.

Reporting:

• Provide reports to various departments that contain repair details and/or statuses of open service activities.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Profiel

Education and Experience:

• An MBO level degree or higher
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with customer service experience and data entry.
• Knowledge of SAP is a significant advantage

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer focused mindset
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to switch quickly between tasks.
• Strong time management / planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
