In doing so, they contribute to a world where all medication is provided to patients accurately, on time, and efficiently.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects
• Experience with the development of mechatronics and robotics products that include mechanical design, electrical design, and software embedded, on-premises and cloud based.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Work with accounting/finance to track project progress and customer billing as appropriate.
• Hold engineering teams accountable for engineering milestones and product performance.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress on a weekly basis. Concurrent projects to be managed could be 5-10 small/large projects
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Experience in Agile development processes
• Cooperatively provides hands-on job function training to co-workers as needed
• Must understand and comply with Safety, 5S, ISO, and other corporate programs, initiatives and procedures
• Other duties or special projects as assigned

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a technical field.
• Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
• At least 5+ years of professional experience in project/program management
• Ability to read, write, verbalize and comprehend instructions and correspondence at the highest levels in the Dutch and English language.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing software and hardware development
• Familiar with typical project tasks affiliated with hardware (EE), mechanical (ME), and software development
• Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
• Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Jira, Trello MS Project, etc.
• Strong team skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external groups as part of various initiatives
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills
