HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

We seek a dynamic HR Business Partner to lead and manage all human resources tasks. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.This position calls for an experienced HR professional who is adept in balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operations.
Here's what you'll do:
- Strategic Planning
- HR Strategy and Policies: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy
- Organizational Development: Advising on change management as the organization grows and evolves
- Company Values: Nurture a positive working environment and promote company values
- Performance development
- Onboarding: Implementing effective onboarding plans for new hires to ensure they are integrated into the company culture and understand their roles
- Performance: Implementing and maintaining a performance appraisal system to ensure employee performance aligns with the company’s objectives
- Professional Development Plans: In collaboration with business management, identifying skills gaps and training needs within the organization and developing professional development plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Employee Relations
- Contact Person. Be the first contact person for employees on HR related topics, including expense management, absence management, etc
- Employee Engagement: Developing strategies to increase employee engagement and job satisfaction. Managing activities such as company events and birthday presents and other types of recognition and team building
- Well-being Initiatives: Promoting health and wellness programs to improve overall workplace environment
- Administrative and Legal Compliance
- HR Information Systems (HRIS): Responsible for the successful implementation and adoption of HRIS for recruitment, performance management, expense management and absence management
- HR operations: Creating and managing Employment Contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment laws and regulations. Managing benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, performance bonus program, and other company benefits
- Regulatory Knowledge and Advice: Keeping up to date with employment laws and regulations. Providing management with guidance on legal and regulatory obligations
- Proven working experience as HRBP or HR Manager
- Experience in a tech environment, preferably in a fast-paced scale-up
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
