Interim Supply Chain Manager - 6 Month Contract

Your expertise will drive strategic initiatives and project implementations that enhance operational performance and meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain an uninterrupted supply of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the supply chain.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and support initiatives to enhance supplier relationships and negotiations.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on supply chain performance and key initiatives.
• Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support where needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for any supply chain-related issues during the contract period.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Experience with supply chain software and tools is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams.
• Available for the full duration of the 6-month contract.
