IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As a Risk & Control Specialist at Envalior, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of a solid Risk Management & Internal Control Framework. Working alongside the Risk Manager and Internal Control Specialist, you will help ensure Envalior’s business operations and functions are safeguarded from risks, while maintaining financial stability, compliance with internal and external regulations, and the protection of company assets.

You will make key contributions to Envalior

• Assist management (Business Divisions/Group Functions) in identifying and managing both tangible (e.g., financial, operational) and intangible (e.g., reputational, intellectual property) risks that are connected to the Envalior Grow & Unite strategy.
• Facilitate Risk Assessments across business, process, and project levels.
• Support the embedding of a risk-aware culture through training and coaching initiatives.
• Flag major changes or critical issues that are not adequately addressed and report incidents to contribute to continuous improvement of the risk management framework.

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to establish and maintain an effective and efficient internal control environment.
• Develop and update Internal Control tools (currently IRIS, future SAP GRC), as well as create training documents and provide end-user training on tool usage.
• Serve as a back-up for the Internal Control Specialist when needed.

Requirements

• Holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or Accounting.
• Has experience in an industrial and international environment, with exposure to risk management and internal control processes.
• Possesses deep knowledge of business processes, master data, and enabling systems (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP GRC).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships across various levels within the organization.
• Skilled in facilitation and challenging conversations, deployable at all levels of the organization.
• Capable of meeting strict deadlines and managing priorities accordingly.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
