Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Learning Specialist to support our Learning Administration system. This role is responsible for operational and technical activities, providing system support, and maintaining accurate and accessible learning resources.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the learning process and driving system improvements.

Scope: Execute within policies and procedures. As a learning specialist responsible for operational and technical activities in the Learning Administration system, answers operational and technical questions and maintains portal content. Understands learning process and the agreed way of working.

Key Responsibilities (scope): Provides professional system and user support and reports to internal/external customers and MSP’s within the agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Coordinates incidents and coordinates changes related to local HR systems: manage upgrades and technical improvements in the learning system and keep the knowledge documentation up-to-date.
  • Coordinate tickets: Takes care of second line ticket handling regarding HR technology and recognizes business needs based on the tickets/questions and initiates technical improvements. First time right and closure within the expected SLA and an overall reduction in number of tickets due, in part, to continuous improvements and/or managing expectations and/or improving customer experience.
  • Intermediate between the business and Global HR System teams: coordinates the implementation of releases, raise tickets related to learning with global. (incidents, service requests, changes, inquiries).
  • Reporting: Takes care of planned and adhoc reporting, drives the maintenance of correct masterdata for reporting purposes and involves others in order to deliver correct results. Maintain dashboards which are compliant with the HR source systems and meets the business needs. Supports the business in using the dashboards in their daily operation. Connects with peers within the Heineken organization for personal knowledge development in reporting & analytics.
  • Coordinates in projects: provide technical expertise of the local learning systems and support local L&D teams in projects/changes related to learning.
  • Stakeholder management: support local L&D teams/external learning supplier with questions/requests. Act as a first point of contact for L&D teams, host meetings with learning suppliers.

Experience & profile (what & how)

What:

  • Education: Bachelor level
  • Work experience: 2 - 4 years.
  • Required work experience in field of expertise: e.g. actual technical knowledge and experience of/with HR systems.
  • Other fields of expertise: learning processes, project management/Agile skills, service management.
  • Functional skills: SAP, SuccessFactors, Power BI and interfaces
  • Languages: Dutch and English
