The Role

As a marketing coordinator, you'll be at the heart of Nexio Projects' dynamic marketing efforts. You will play an important role in end-to-end campaign execution from plan, to execution and measurement of success. Your responsibilities will vary from content production to managing events, webinars and executing campaigns.

You will also be responsible for email marketing, data analysis, and digital marketing efforts. Tracking performance metrics and optimising campaigns will allow us to keep learning and optimise future campaigns. Your creative skills will can shine as you design assets that adhere to Nexio Project's brand guidelines.

This dynamic and multifaceted role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong organisational skills to drive Nexio Project's marketing success.

  • University degree, ideally master's in marketing, business administration, communications
  • You have at least 2-4 years of work experience with a focus in content creation, campaign execution and graphic design
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation strategies
  • Experienced user for visual creation tools (like Figma, Canva, Photoshop), CRM systems (like Hub Spot) and social media management (Linked In, Google, Youtube, etc)
  • Ability to analyse marketing metrics and generate reports
  • Knowledge and working experience in the B2B market.
  • Native or strongly fluent in English; any other European language is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Passionate about sustainability.

Your tasks include:

  1. End-to-End Campaign Execution: The process from supporting the campaign strategy, from goal setting to planning, execution, campaign measurement and optimising
  • Support in Creating Marketing Materials: Content creation, production, and design (such as brochures, presentations, and banners).
  • Event & Campaign Management: Help organise and provide logistical support for marketing events and execute marketing campaigns. Some travel might be required
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet campaign goals.
  1. Content Creation & Coordination
  • Content Creation for Website and Blog: Co-create SEO-friendly web content, video’s and blog posts, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor posts across social media platforms. Respond to comments and track engagement to enhance community interactions.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in designing and distributing email newsletters while tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Creative Visual Content: Design social media graphics, infographics, and visual content using tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  1. Data Handling & Digital Marketing Tools
  • Marketing Metrics: Form a data-informed opinion about campaign performance and social media engagement. Share your point of view on enabling a continuous growth loop.
  • Email Campaign Performance: Track, report, and optimise email marketing performance metrics.
  • SEO and Content Optimization: Ensure all web and blog content is optimised for search engines to increase organic visibility.
  1. Design and Brand Consistency
  • Create Visual Assets: See 1.
  • Brand Adherence: Ensure all visual content aligns with Nexio Projects’ brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in fonts, logos, and colour schemes.
  • Design Software Proficiency: Design all assets in alignment with Nexio Projects' brand guidelines.
