Global Senior Brand Manager Growth
The mission is to develop and drive the Challenged Growth Tube DRM propositions towards HCPs, consumers & patients. Drive Innovation strategy and pipeline, lead CBU launches.
Under the challenged growth category, we serve a wide range of infant & kids needstates, with growth struggles due to several reasons. We do this with a portfolio of pediatric tube feeds, oral nutritional supplements for kids with faltering growth and for kids having nutritional gaps with their growth falling behind.Challenged Growth is a key battle to accelerate for SNU and our ambition is to accelerate geographic expansion and grow in new growth spaces to double the business in 5 years.
The impact on business results is driving growth of the Challenged Growth Tube Portfolio via identification of key growth drivers, driving HCP & patient value proposition development and defining innovation strategy.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Develop and align the Challenged Growth Tube DRM strategy as part of the category acceleration vision, in terms of branding, portfolio, HCP & consumer engagement.
- Lead pro-active roll-out of strategy and support local activation plan
- Drive innovation – pipeline for Challenged Growth Tube DRM portfolio
- Work closely with countries to drive locally relevant propositions or innovations
- Bachelor or Master education level, qualification in Marketing
- 7+ years working experience in a consumer/hcp marketing environment is preferred
- Leadership skills
- Speaks and writes English (other languages a plus)
- Travel required
- Affinity with nutrition is required
- Intercultural communication, relationships and negotiation skills
- Transparent, ethical and trustworthy
- Relationship building skills and commercial awareness
- Experience in Product/Brand Management & Innovation Management
