Work in Greece - Dutch Speaking Customer Support Role with fully paid Relocation

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding services and provide accurate information.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Guide clients through processes and educate them about available services.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to new cultural experiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with customer service software is advantageous.
