This leading company, based in the region of South Holland, is currently in a phase of rapid scaling. As part of this growth, they have acquired several companies across Europe with the goal of integrating them into their own infrastructure. To support this expansion, they are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager a.i. who thrives in managing multiple projects and migrations simultaneously and who is able to communicate effectively at the C-level.

Functie

As a Senior IT Project Manager a.i. you will responsible for:

• Act as the primary point of contact between Business and IT teams, facilitating communication and aligning project goals with strategic business objectives.
• Develop and execute detailed migration plans, including timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to IT systems, business processes, and organisational change during the M&A.
• Oversee the on-boarding of infrastructure, security, and workplace systems to ensure functionality post-merger.
• Track progress, manage resources, and coordinate with vendors.
• Communicate project status and milestones to the steering committee.

• Available to start as soon as possible.
• Experience with migrations.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects or migrations simultaneously.
• Experience communicating effectively at the C-level.
• Experience working in Microsoft environments is a plus.
• Experience with M&A is a plus.
• Skilled in managing resources, suppliers, and budgets.
• Available to work in the Rotterdam office twice a week.
• Willingness to travel internationally for the go-live phase.
• Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

Aanbod

Senior IT Project Manager a.i. :

• Availability to start: As soon as possible.
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week.
• Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
• Hybrid: Yes, 2-3 times per week at the Rotterdam office.
• Availability to travel: Within Europe.
• Environment: International.
