What You'll DoWe are growing and looking for a Solution Architect MS D365 F&O to join our team in the Netherlands.
As a Solution Architect, you'll spearhead the implementation of our innovative ISV solution tailored for the Rental industry on Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O. Your deep understanding of the industry, business processes, and software will enable you to translate customer, partner, and market insights into product requirements.
You'll collaborate closely with developers, testers, consultants, support engineers, other architects, and managers, becoming a key advisor on product functionality.

What you can expect from this role:
- Present and demonstrate software solutions with thorough planning, execution, and follow-up to serve our diverse customer and partner network.
- Responsible for the end solution at the customer by working together with the consultants and Project Manager.
- Conduct requirements analysis and perform fit/gap assessments to address solution needs.
- Partner closely with the Build team, contributing valuable customer insights.
- Ensure high-quality process documentation and functional solution designs, adhering to our methodology based on Microsoft's Success by Design framework.
- Enhance our methodology by developing and maintaining templates, including configurations, guidelines, test scenarios, and accelerators.
- Communicate regularly with Consultants and Project Managers to stay aligned on functional challenges throughout ongoing projects
- Mentor and support the development of junior team members, nurturing their skills and expertise
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering or a related field.
- At least 5+years of proven experience ERP consulting experience – preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM.
- Proven experience in multiple end-to-end ERP implementations with comprehensive expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, along with proficiency in operating most modules.
- Experience in Azure Dev Ops -Test plan, test cases creation and execution.
- Skilled in leading teams of functional consultants during implementation projects, with experience in managing presales diagnostic initiatives
- Strong skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player, mentor others, and thrive in an international environment.
- Advantages, a solid background in the Rental industry with a deep understanding of daily operations.
- Located in the Netherlands and the EU region.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills (Dutch is a plus).
