Responsibilities:

• Perform detail troubleshooting of End-user devices and network equipment
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Update ticket status in ITSM tool
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Setup accounts for new users
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary
• Provide support and guidance to end users on “How to” questions
• Manage and supervise team of technicians
• Train junior staff
• Work with service providers to expedite and resolve issues impacting productivity
• Identifies and takes into account impact on other areas of own decisions or requests from the team
• Shares knowledge, experience and information which may be useful or of interest to others
• Contributes ideas to the team and supports the ideas of others
• Adhere to company and business unit policies and standards

Qualifications:

Technical :

• In depth knowledge of :
• Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11)
• Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications
• PC/Laptop hardware, peripherals, including printers
• Mobile devices
• Audio Visual & conference room equipment
• Basic knowledge of :
• Active Directory
• MS Exchange
• Apple OS
• Experience: 2+ years

Non Technical :

• Working permit in the Netherlands
• Speaking Dutch (professional/fluent)
• Driving license (will be appreciated)
