Key Responsibilities (Common Across Roles):
- Sales & Business Development: Generate new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and meet sales targets through successful recruitment and advisory services.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term client relationships, offering tailored advice and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential clients, assess leads, and develop sales campaigns to drive business.
- Sales Support & Administrative Tasks: Assist with preparing quotes, presentations, and other sales materials, while keeping CRM systems updated.
- Market Research: Monitor IT sector trends and competitor activities, helping to advise clients on recruitment strategies.
- Networking & Event Participation: Leverage events and social media to expand your network and generate new leads.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving internal processes, products, and client service initiatives.
Requirements
Good to Have Skills (Depending on Role):
- Recruitment & Acquisition: Experience with sourcing and selecting IT professionals or recruiting new clients and job vacancies is an advantage.
- Sales & Business Development: Previous experience in sales or business development, particularly in IT or technology, is beneficial.
- Advisory Skills: Ability to guide both clients and candidates with tailored recruitment strategies or career advice.
- Recruitment Process Familiarity: Familiarity with the recruitment lifecycle, candidate sourcing, and relationship management in the IT sector is a plus.
Language & Experience Requirements:
- Language: Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken)
- Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in sales, recruitment, or inside sales, preferably within the IT or tech sector.
- Education: A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
