HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As the ‘Manager RBO, ICS & Compliance’ you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the processes related to the Retail Back Office (RBO), Internal Control Systems (ICS) and Compliancy.
You will have an understanding of the business from both a financial, commercial and process perspective and acts as the trusted co-pilot and internal controls advisor to various internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:

- Support management in establishing effective controls and promote best practices in risk management.
- Define metrics to measure revenue and cost drivers, aligning with brand and Richemont's overall value system.
- Set internal control requirements for operational units and maintain a dashboard for Retail Back Office (RBO) activities.
- Identify and address significant business issues with recommendations
- Develop and monitor policies and ensure compliance.
- Provide boutiques of various Maisons with fiscal, administrative, and compliance support, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
- Oversee the Retail Back Office (RBO) team’s support for daily boutique and e-commerce transactions.
- Conduct transaction checks, investigate issues, and manage inventory controls, including stock counts.
- Ensure boutique staff receive compliance training and manage Group projects within the retail network.
Internal Control System (ICS) Coordination & Compliancy:
- Implement and oversee auditing and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
- Review accounting controls, compliance procedures, and generate timely documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments to safeguard assets, report findings, and recommend improvements.
- Act as liaison for internal audits and external regulatory bodies.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Functional skills- Accounting and (Business) Controlling background, with senior level experience in auditing, financial accounting, financial analysis, treasury management, and tax
- Experience working in a major auditing firm and/or a major multinational matrix organisation, ideally in fast moving consumer goods
- Experience with Project Management
- Being able to see the big picture as well as ability to dive into details
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills

- Fluency in English both written and spoken. Dutch and/or French would be an advantage.
