Quality Systems Registrations Officer
Supply Point Nutricia Zoetermeer (SPZ) in the Netherlands is manufacturing Danone specialized nutrition products for specific target groups, starting from early life nutrition all the way to adult frailty.
Join our dynamic Quality Systems team as a Quality Systems Registrations Officer! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate documentation needed for product registration.
Your Responsibilities
As a Quality Systems Registrations Officer, you will:
- Receive and assess registration requests from CBU’s.
- Request and develop the required documentation from the Supply Point, CBU’s, PD, Global Regulatory, other SP’s and from local authorities (BSE certificates, health certificates, free sales certification etc.).
- Create both standard and non-standard registration documents.
- Legalize documents through the Chamber of Commerce and/or embassies/consulates.
- Compile and send the requested document packages to CBU’s.
- Archive registration documents and register new products at local authorities.
- Answer consumer questions on product composition and allergens.
- Support the Quality Systems team in compliance tasks such as handling customer complaints, change management, and auditing.
We are looking for someone with:
- Completed education in a (food) technical or quality discipline;
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with all stakeholders and external parties;
- A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage expectations;
- An accurate and structured way of working;
- Strong planning skills to handle multiple requests simultaneously;
- Knowledge of quality and food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GMP, GLP, BRC, IFS) is a plus;
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
